Follow these steps to successfully install the Unibet poker application.

Follow your browsers usual installation procedure. Once the initial download is complete, click "Run".
If you get a security warning, click "Run" again. Make sure your firewall permissions are set correctly. Pop-Up blockers switched off.
The installation process will begin. First click yes to confirm the Terms and Conditions.
You now have a choice while the poker client is downloading. Register and create alias if you have not done so or have a look at the latest promotions. Click "Launch Poker Room" when the download is finished or when you are ready.
Log in, familiarise yourself with the software and find the game to suit your requirements. Good luck but most of all, enjoy yourself!

Deposit cash and buy poker chips
Using the website, log in and you can directly deposit money to your Unibet wallet and then transfer those funds to your poker wallet. Using the poker client you can directly deposit funds from your preferred bank/card to your poker wallet. Using the same solution you can withdraw funds. You are also able to transfer funds from your Unibet wallet to your poker wallet and vice versa.

You must create a new alias to play poker with Unibet. Log into the website or the poker software, with your Unibet username and password. Follow the same steps in point 1.

4. I have an Alias, but the Alias shown when I try to log in is not mine
On the Microgaming network it's allowed for a player to have one alias per poker room. If a friend or family member has created a Microgaming alias on the same computer this could be causing the issue.
To unlock the computer you need to contact our Customer Service and they will help you.
