Mobile Poker

1. Minimum requirements:

   • Android OS

     • Version 2.2.x (Froyo)
     • Version 2.3.x (Gingerbread)
     • version 3.1.x (Honeycomb)

   • Adobe

     • Flash Player version 10.1 or later
     • Air version 2.6.x
   • Please check if the Android device is supported by Adobe.
      
2. I’ve received a “Download unsuccessful” message

   • If you receive a "Download unsuccessful" message when attempting to download, try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

     • Restart your phone and then try downloading the application again.
     • Confirm that there is connectivity on your device (contact your mobile service provider if you are not connected).
     • Wait a further ten minutes and try your download again.

     If you're still unsuccessful, contact our customer care and we'll be happy to investigate further.

3. My download doesn’t start

   • If your download does not start, cancel it and then try it again.

     If you still have problems check out the steps for the market application not loading. You may need to clear the market cache when downloads stall.

     Remember that it may not be an issue with your phone.

4. My download is stuck at "Starting download..."

   • If your application keeps freezing at "Starting download", please try the following:

     • Confirm that there is connectivity on your device (contact your mobile service provider if you aren't connected)
5. Connection Issues

   • Things to check:

     • Make sure you are not in airplane mode
     • Check that you have a strong carrier connection
     • Check that your WiFi connection is working properly
     • If that does not correct the problem, select airplane mode and then restart the radios
     • Remove the battery, wait a minute and put the battery back in and power up phone
     • Try again later. You are connecting to a remote server and that there may be issues with the network or the server that you can’t fix
6. Apps on SD Card

   • In some cases an app installed on the SD card will not update. Try moving the application back to internal memory, updating, and then moving it back to the SD card.

7. Unmount SD Card

   • Some applications will not install unless you unmount your SD Card. This happens on phones that aren’t using apps2sd as well as phones that do. Go into your phone’s settings and unmount your SD Card. Some phones will require a reboot to remount and others can be remounted from the settings after the update or install.

How do I download?

The application is available for download at: ads.unibet.com/unibet/poker-app-beta/UnibetPoker.apk

Alternatively, you can scan the QR-code available on our mobile page. Since you are downloading this application directly from Unibet , you may need to update your phones setting to allow non-market applications. To do this just enable Unknown Sources from the Settings > Applications menu.
 

How to install the application?

Once the application has downloaded it will appear in your download history. Once you have downloaded the application just select it to start the installation.
 

Can I register through the application?

Not at the moment. You will need to have an existing Unibet poker account or register for one.
 

Wireless or 3G?

You can play perfectly well using both a Wifi network or 3G connection, depending on local coverage. Unibet recommends using Wifi wherever possible.
 

How do I select real money or my stakes?

Using your touch screen, drag up or down over the different icons to make your selections.
 

What stakes are available?

Mobile poker supports all stake ranges that are currently found in our download/flash client up to € 1/2.
 

How do I choose a table and sit down?

Mobile poker uses a quick seating functionality based purely on a pre-selected buy-in/stakes range. When you have chosen your buy-in/stakes range, click on “Join Table” and you will be automatically sat on the next available table. This could be a normal, anonymous or a turbo table.
 

Can I multi-table?

Multi-tabling is not an option when playing mobile poker. Players can only open and play one table at a time.
 

Can I play tournaments?

Unibet mobile poker currently supports ring games only, both real and free play. MTTs and STTs will be coming soon.
 

What if I disconnect while I’m in a hand?

The same rules apply to both mobile and the download/flash poker client with regards to disconnections: If you are unable to reconnect during a hand, you will be folded and sat out until you manage to successfully log back in. You have 5 minutes of sit-out time before the software removes you from the table.
