If you are having trouble with the Unibet website follow these steps:

  • Check that your pop-up blocker is disabled
  • Make sure that you have the latest versions of Java and Adobe Flash Player installed on your machine. Click on the following links to download Java and Flash Player
  • Make sure that you have installed the latest version of your browser
  • Remember you have to be logged in to use some products
  • Check that your firewall is enabled

  • Your username
  • Operating System
  • Error descriptions, please provide a screenshot if possible
  • Is this the first time you have encountered this problem or a recurrent issue?
